Imputan a conductor que mató en accidente
La fiscala de Capiatá, Elsa Idoyaga, imputó a Máximo Duarte por el hecho punible de homicidio culposo, tras protagonizar un accidente de tránsito con derivación fatal que ocurrió el pasado lunes, a la altura del kilómetro 21 de la Ruta II, en la jurisdicción capiateña. Duarte se desplazaba al mando de su rodado con el que protagonizó el percance del que resultó víctima Epifanio Ramón Barreiro.

 

Duarte se encuentra privado de su libertad y a disposición del juzgado penal de Garantías, a cargo de la magistrada Norma Salomón.
